The line-X drives offer all advantages of the TOX®-Powerpackage which proves its quality and  reputation in applications all over the world. Additionally, they offer outstanding configurability, improved sealings and a broad range of model variants. They are particularly applicable for punching applications.

 

The line-X  air hydraulic cylinders are available in two designs: the straight type X-S and the compact type X-K.

Exclusive line-X features

  • Ready for stroke monitoring up to design size 030.
  • Ready for external linear position-sensor up to design size 030.
  • Fixed stop with elastomer damping in forward stroke.
  • Patented hydraulic end position damping for return stroke and patented power bypass for oil system protection.
  • Provided with control throttle X.
  • Optional control units such as pressure regulation in the power stroke line, external switch-on of the power stroke or external power stroke release available.

The drives of version .3030 are equipped with pneumatic spring, power stroke valve and fast approach stroke support. Beside a maximum approach force and high stroke frequencies, this allows longest maintenance intervals.
